Building AI and reporting access through SAP Integration Suite means paying for the integrations, keeping them running, and paying per message. The figures below are typical estimates, not quotes; your own costs depend on your partner rates and SAP contract.

No. QSAP doesn't train models. Your SAP data goes only to the AI assistant your users choose, and that provider's terms apply.
QSAP reads SAP data directly. For supported changes, the AI prepares the change and the user reviews and posts it in the standard SAP screen with the fields pre-filled, so SAP's own checks and approval workflows apply and a named person approves every change. Because your users post the documents, there are no extra per-document SAP charges for system-created documents.
QSAP works within your existing SAP user licensing. Commercial terms differ between contracts, so validate how AI-driven access is treated with your SAP account team.
